JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of your internship, you will be responsible to:
Set-up a standard Digital Risk Catalogue, in cooperation with other relevant Allianz Group functions, which will contain the list of digital risks. Digital risks will be classified based on frequency and impact
Assess the exposure of the different Allianz Partners processes to digital Risks in collaboration with internal auditors, risk managers and the operational/functional lines
Develop a dynamic digital risk heat-map to highlight where the digital risks are the most relevant and active
Collect external, Allianz and Allianz Partners digital risk events to support the identification and assessment of digital risks.
Develop proper communication to Management to increase their awareness on Digital Risk through a dedicated intranet page

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

University/Business school level education (2nd/3rd year) a good knowledge in digital processes
Able to evaluate large quantities of data and make relevant observations and pragmatic recommendations based on risk, business impact and environment.
Demonstrated ability to take initiatives, to use sound reasoning, listening and communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships within a multi-cultural environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deliverables within tight deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven high level of professionalism, maturity and candor in daily work ethic.
Intermediate level or greater competence in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
