About the Job:

As the Product Owner for the Testing Pipeline, you will be responsible for leading and developing an agile team focused on optimizing and automating testing processes. You play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products and contribute significantly to the success of our projects.

 

What You Do:

  • Responsible for the product vision and strategy of the Testing Pipeline
  • Creation and maintenance of the Product Backlog, considering stakeholder priorities and requirements
  • Close collaboration with the development team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented
  • Conducting Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives according to Scrum guidelines together with an Agile Master
  • Identifying and managing project risks and developing risk mitigation measures
  • Budget management and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines
  • Developing and maintaining a roadmap for the strategic alignment of the project
  • Effective stakeholder management to ensure satisfaction and support of all parties involved
  • Coordination of sourcing and shoring activities to optimize team resources

 

 

What You Bring:

  • . Ideally degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, ideally in software development or testing
  • Profound knowledge of Scrum and other agile methods
  • Experience in project management, particularly in risk management, budget management, and stakeholder management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
