What You Do 

  • Infrastructure Decisions: Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions. Evaluate and select the best technologies and tools to support our platform requirements.

  • Development Patterns: Define and enforce best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and consistent code. Collaborate closely with lead developers to implement these patterns effectively.

  • Technical Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams, ensuring alignment of technical strategies with business goals.

  • Technical Consistency: Oversee technical consistency across platform deliveries, conducting regular reviews and audits to maintain quality and performance.

  • Documentation: Create and update comprehensive documentation for platform architecture, infrastructure, and development patterns, ensuring accessibility and clarity for all stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Interaction: Engage actively with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights. Communicate complex concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Platform Architect or similar role, with a focus on data platforms for at least 2 years.
  • Strong expertise in infrastructure design, cloud technologies, and development patterns.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in documentation and technical writing.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
