What Are We Looking For?
 

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and we are looking for Claims service agents who are devoted pet lovers and passionate about animals, who are happy to work from home. We’re looking for someone who is empathetic, friendly and professional to be able to deliver the high level of service our customers expect. Enthusiasm is vital, because we expect your last customer of the day to receive exactly the same great experience as your first. Previous customer service experience is welcome, but what’s most important is that you have the right attitude, dedication and commitment to great customer service, as well as the confidence and ability to deal with claims enquiries. High levels of resilience, good communications skills and maths competency are essential.

 

What Will You Be Doing?

 

You’ll spend your time answering general queries and questions in relation to a customer claim . You’ll be fully trained and empowered to deliver outstanding customer service every time. You will need to be comfortable operating within a financial services compliant environment. Because you’ll be working from home, you’ll need to be a motivated self-starter with a mature outlook and the ability to manage your workload independently. You’ll need to have a dedicated workspace in order to deliver excellent customer service in a virtual world.  

 

·   Our operating hours are: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm 1 in 2 Saturdays 8am-1pm, we will discuss shift patterns at initial interview

 

Location: Remote Home Working

 

Please be aware although the position is remote working successful applicants will be required to travel to our Birmingham office once every 3 months, for this reason we will only be considering those that live within a 2 hour commute to the office.

 

Salary: Competitive Salary of £22,449.

 

Skills & Experience

·  The confidence and ability to deal with a range of customer enquiries
·  A good level of competency in Maths and English
·  A passion for pets and animals
·  Good communication skills and a positive attitude
·  An understanding of a compliant environment
·  High levels of resilience, perseverance and self-motivation
·  A private location within your home to enable you to work confidentially with a dedicated workspace in order to deliver excellent customer service
·  A strong broadband speed with the ability to work with a ethernet cable if required
·  Mobile phone network will be Vodafone – a good signal will be required
·  Whilst you will be working from home you will be required to travel to meetings four times per annum
