Operations Support Officer in GCC Bucharest

Job description

What you do

Procurement

  • Run regular KPI reports and further develop them, perform first analysis
  • Execute administrative tasks, like upload and update of the contract database, vendor due dilligence, etc.
  • Manage the regional contracts
  • Support NEUR Head of Operations Support with other ad-hoc tasks (e.g. awareness sessions, etc.)
  • Support with regular meetings (minutes, actions follow-up)

Data Privacy

  • Run regular KPI reports and further develop them, perform first analysis
  • Support with regional Register of Processing Activities (ROPA)
  • Support NEUR Head of Operations Support with other ad-hoc tasks (e.g. awareness sessions, etc.)
  • Support with regular meetings (minutes, actions follow-up)

Travel

  • Run regular KPI reports and further develop them, perform first analysis
  • Maintenance of Users Management of regional travel booking tool

Sustainability

  • Run regular KPI reports and further develop them, perform first analysis

Real Estates

  • Run regular KPI reports and further develop them, perform first analysis

General

  • Support NEUR Head of Operations Support with other ad-hoc tasks (e.g. awareness sessions, etc.)
  • Support with regular meetings (minutes, actions follow-up)

What you bring 

Business expertise

  • Strong knowledge of excel
  • Good knowledge of O365 Applications (Teams, Planner, Forms, SharePoint, Power Automate)
  • Experience with building presentations in PPT
  • Knowledge about Procurement, Data Privacy, Travel, Sustainability is a plus

Educational requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an economic field
  • Excellent English level required
