What you do
Procurement
- Run regular KPI reports and further develop them, perform first analysis
- Execute administrative tasks, like upload and update of the contract database, vendor due dilligence, etc.
- Manage the regional contracts
- Support NEUR Head of Operations Support with other ad-hoc tasks (e.g. awareness sessions, etc.)
- Support with regular meetings (minutes, actions follow-up)
Data Privacy
- Run regular KPI reports and further develop them, perform first analysis
- Support with regional Register of Processing Activities (ROPA)
- Support NEUR Head of Operations Support with other ad-hoc tasks (e.g. awareness sessions, etc.)
- Support with regular meetings (minutes, actions follow-up)
Travel
- Run regular KPI reports and further develop them, perform first analysis
- Maintenance of Users Management of regional travel booking tool
Sustainability
- Run regular KPI reports and further develop them, perform first analysis
Real Estates
- Run regular KPI reports and further develop them, perform first analysis
General
- Support NEUR Head of Operations Support with other ad-hoc tasks (e.g. awareness sessions, etc.)
- Support with regular meetings (minutes, actions follow-up)

What you bring
Business expertise
- Strong knowledge of excel
- Good knowledge of O365 Applications (Teams, Planner, Forms, SharePoint, Power Automate)
- Experience with building presentations in PPT
- Knowledge about Procurement, Data Privacy, Travel, Sustainability is a plus

Educational requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an economic field
- Excellent English level required
