With support, you will work with important partners and management to provide consultation on business opportunities that result in improved operations controls and our results across all lines of business. You will monitor transaction controls to ensure legal and regulatory requirements are upheld and business risks controlled/mitigated. You will partner with more senior consultants on complex and/or large-scale initiatives. You will report to the Operations Senior Manager.
What you do:
- Drive intake work relating to compliance, legal, risk mitigation, and/or controls (both financial and operational).
- Assess operations technology, processes and procedures to determine business opportunities aligned with trends identified in areas of compliance, controls and risk management. Develop and recommend opportunities to improve business performance in the area of operations controls and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate and facilitate medium-scale initiatives within Enterprise Operations focused on mitigating risk by implementing business improvement solutions. Prepare and communicate to leaders (managers, directors, VPs) related to control efforts and or activities.
- Recommend and develop tools and resources to execute/monitor control related activities. Develop educational resources to increase employee knowledge of the Enterprise Operations control environment, and related activities/initiatives.
- Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).
What you bring:
- 2 or more years experience required: Relevant technical or business experience
- Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
- You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship.
