We’re expanding our team! We’re looking for a Marketing and Communications Executive to join our family of talented people in the Pet Trading team, working across our pet portfolio.
You’ll be responsible for optimising our customer communications and journeys, as well as ensuring customer understanding of our documentation, to improve the customer experience.
Your focus:

Implement changes to the customer journey to support the delivery of the existing customer strategy.

Update customer communications and documentation as required, making sure regulatory requirements are met.

Develop email marketing campaigns as required to drive loyalty and retention.
·
Work closely with the Insight and Analytics team to measure the success of marketing campaigns, with a view to improving performance.

Work effectively with teams across the wider business (like Operations and IT) to ensure the timely delivery of changes to journeys and communications/documentation.

Support with business-as-usual and ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
About you
To be a success in this role, you will have a passion for pets, and experience or knowledge of the pet industry would be an advantage.
Previous experience being involved with projects is desirable, as well as working with external agencies.
You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will have keen attention to detail, as well as numerical skills to analyse key insight.
You will have a can-do attitude, with an openness to challenges and willingness to learn.
You will be flexible, with the ability to work across multiple projects.
Qualifications:
You will hold or are keen to study towards a professional qualification in marketing (e.g. CIM or IDM).
Our Ways of Working
The role will be based at Allianz Ditton Park, Riding Court Road, Datchet SL3 9LL.
Our office with flex model means that you will have the opportunity to work from home as well as the office. As a hybrid worker you will be in the office between 2 and 16 days per month depending on individual and business need. This will be discussed at interview stage
