Job description

Help customers in need, coordinate care with hospitals, and solve travel and health issues in real time across countries, working with regional teams and gaining cross-border exposure.

 

 

What you will do

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails within travel assistances operations

  • Explain policy coverage and claims; triage urgent medical and travel cases

  • Coordinate hospital admissions, guarantees of payment (GOP), and medical transfers

  • Liaise with medical and non-medical providers (hospitals, clinics, airlines) and our assistance network

  • Log cases in CRM; follow through to resolution; escalate when needed, and share ideas to improve CX

  • Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.

 

What you bring

  • Proficiency in spoken English is required to effectively liaise with clients and medical institutions.

  • Experience in client-facing and coordination roles (e.g., customer service/contact center, hospitality, travel/tour, airline, logistics, healthcare admin, front office/concierge, account coordination).

  • Calm, empathetic problem-solver with strong communication and teamwork

  • Comfortable with rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, public holidays) (8 hours between 07:00–22:00)

  • Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Training will be provided

 

Nice to have, but not required

  • Medical assistance, TPA, or medical claims experience

  • Hospital coordination or healthcare background

  • Experience in travel, airline, or insurance environment

  • Additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese)

Work schedule

  • 5-day workweek

  • Rotating shifts 8 hours per day; Shift hours between 07:00 and 22:00
