Job description
Key responsibilities/What you do
• Ensure implementation and compliance with the Allianz Group Protection and Resilience (P&R) framework by coordinating, reviewing and monitoring performance across the various areas.
• Coordinate, prepare and participate in the P&R Group methods used to monitor P&R performance (e.g. self-assessments, company reviews, dashboard/KPIs reporting, etc.).
• Assist the Business Continuity Director with conducting business impact analysis, developing critical business continuity plans (BCP) and critical scenario plans.
• Manage and monitor the effective implementation of the Third Party Risk Management framework and review the relevant processes and mechanisms.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the Third Party Risk Management lifecycle for each Third Party arrangement and assists business owners with contract management.
Key requirements/What you bring
• Higher education in Economics
• Similar or relevant experience
• Use of English language
• Computer literacy, Microsoft Office, ChatGPT
• Specific requirements:
1. Excellent analytical and organizational skills
2. Ability to work in a team and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
3. Knowledge of existing processes, standards and organization
4. Management of functional architecture
5. Moderator and presentation skills
