JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will have to
Define, structure and prepare the management reporting packs (steering committee, xlob check point, …)
Arrange various meetings (attendees' availabilities, venue, agenda and room bookings, …)
Prepare the meeting minutes
Support on the process design documentation
Prepare KPI reporting
Monitor projects to do lists
Draft project timeline
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Project management back ground
Excel & Power Point skills
Fluent in English
Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions
Highly motivated, dynamic and self-steering
Values diversity and comfortable in a complex multi-cultural environment
