Appointment scheduling for Head of Global Service Operations
Support of the Head of Global Service Operations and their staff (2 Employees)
Scheduling and preparation of web conferences
Follow-up and reporting of the tasks of the management team
Professional review and preparation of PowerPoint presentations
Support in various exciting operational projects
Academic background in AND/OR experience with IT/IT-Service Management
Excellent communication skills in German and English – verbal and written form (French and Spanish and other languages are advantageous)
Excellent experience in usage of MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
Skills in self-organization
Independent and reliable
High degree of responsibility
You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)

Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year.
