This position is based in our Paris office.

What you will do

• Assist in the improvement and maintenance of company data to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Aid in the creation, organization, and implementation of project-related documents, ensuring alignment with company standards
• Collaborate with project teams to conduct testing activities, document results, and suggest improvements as needed
• Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.

What you bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, projects Management, Information Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Having knowledge of a programming language would be an advantage (VBA SQL...)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
