Who will you be joining? 

Financial Reporting is the financial and non-financial publishing unit of the AllianzGroup. We report timely and relevant financial information to executive management, the capital markets, investors, regulators and other stakeholders and are also responsible for the production of the Non-financial Statement and Sustainability Report.
We are looking for a team player with financial reporting experience to work on our financial and regulatory reports, such as internal management reports, Financial Supplement, Solvency II reports (SFCR/RSR) or other reporting products.By modeling and analyzing the quarterly results of the insurance and investment businesses, you can gain an in-depth understanding of how the financial core of Europe's leading insurers conducts industry assessments, market forecasting, and strategic planning.

 

 

How can you make an impact? 

 

Some of the key responsibilities include: 

·  Supporting the preparation of financial reports and Solvency II reporting of the Allianz Group
·  Designing and conducting of data quality assurance
·  Working with a diverse group of stakeholders internally and externally
·  Supporting the team with administrative and organizational tasks
·  Assisting with the quaterly and annual closing activities
 

 

What are you made of?  

 

Minimum Qualifications 

 

·  You are currently working towards a university degree (bachelor, master, PhD) in finance, economics, business administration, accounting, business informatics, data science, and/or any other related field
·  Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint); working experience with SAP AO is an advantage
·  Fluency in English (written and spoken), German would be a plus

Preferred Qualifications

 

·  Strong analytical skills and understanding of quantitative topics
·  Ability to spot trends and present complicated information in a clear and market-oriented style
·  Attention to detail and organizational skills
·  Proven ability to work under time pressure and deliver with zero-mistake approach
·  Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
