Join us now as an Intern in Hong Kong within the Digital Marketing team. The Digital Marketing unit defines and executes our digital marketing strategy and approach, shaping user experience across key digital touchpoints. We lead integrated search and social media programmes to deliver a consistent and engaging presence that increases consideration and strengthens the brand across digital platforms. To maximize impact and integration, we partner closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities, coordinate execution, and continuously optimize performance.
What you do:
Support digital project delivery: Assist with day-to-day execution of digital marketing initiatives across web, search, and social channels.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & QA: Perform UAT and quality validation for digital marketing projects (e.g., website updates, landing pages, campaign pages, forms, tracking tags), log issues clearly, and follow through on fixes and re-test
Website/CMS support: Update and maintain web content via CMS (e.g., uploading pages, editing modules, checking links), working with internal stakeholders and vendors where required
Digital asset production support: Support the creation and adaptation of digital and social assets. These assets include, but are not limited to, Shorts/Reels-style videos, short-form edits, infographics, and lightweight motion graphics. Ensure that all assets align to brand guidelines.
Content publishing & coordination: Assist in scheduling and posting content, coordinating approvals, and ensuring correct formats/specs across platforms.
Performance tracking support: Help compile basic reporting (e.g., engagement, views, clicks, CTR) and maintain dashboards/trackers to support ongoing optimization.
What you bring:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Finance or Marketing majors are a plus.
Must be available from May to August, at minimum
Fluent in English; working knowledge of Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an advantage.
Practical experience supporting website and social media-related projects (academic or professional) is preferred, including exposure to content updates, basic QA, and platform-specific requirements.
Familiarity with web/CMS-related tasks (e.g., updating content, basic page QA, link checks, simple troubleshooting).
Hands-on interest and some experience producing social media assets, especially short-form formats (e.g., Reels, Shorts, video snippets, simple infographics).
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow processes, and comfort working across multiple tasks and deadlines.
Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with designers, marketers, and technical teams.
AI skills: Generative AI / GenAI / Generative Artificial Intelligence, Google AI Platform
**Priority will be given to students who can commit from May to Nov 2026.
