About the Job:
The Head of BMP Architecture is responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of BMP architecture initiatives within Allianz. This role involves overseeing the architectural framework, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving innovation to support the company's growth and transformation objectives. You will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture strategy, leading a team of architects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance business capabilities.
What You Do:
• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring it aligns with Allianz's business objectives and technological advancements.
• Lead a team of architects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement architectural solutions that enhance business capabilities.
• Oversee the assessment and integration of new technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in architecture design and implementation.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between IT and business units to ensure architectural solutions meet business needs.
• Drive the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and cloud computing to enhance Allianz's competitive edge.
• Lead the transformation of legacy systems to modern architectures, ensuring scalability and flexibility to support future business growth.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the architecture team to continuously explore new solutions and methodologies.
• Expand the enterprise architecture function to support global initiatives.
What You Bring:
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture leadership, with a strong track record of aligning architectural strategies with business objectives.
• Expertise in developing and maintaining enterprise architecture frameworks and strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team of architects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to design and implement architectural solutions.
• Experience in assessing and integrating new technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices in architecture design and implementation.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between IT and business units.
• Experience in driving the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and cloud computing.
• Ability to lead the transformation of legacy systems to modern architectures, ensuring scalability and flexibility.
