JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Controlling:
- Monthly/Quarterly reporting, Secondments & Assignments, Board Reportings, Costs tracking and Global HR transformation Financial analysis
- HR budgets tracking and analysis, cost centers allocation monitoring in partnership with Group Finance
- Follow processes and reporting standards to comply with Euler Hermes Global Finance And Allianz Global Human Resource standards

HRIS:
- Ownership of the HR Global database, who has access, what data goes in and how to continuously improve our systems (simplicity / user Experience)
-Implement all the new HRIS applications/developments in coordination with respective stakeholders (Finance / IT / Regions)
- As a subject matter expert, provide relevant trainings for HR Systems users

Data Analytics :
- Design and prepare HR Dashboard, communicate and advise regions on actual situation and expected improvements.
- Generate workforce analysis diagnosis with regards to employees costs and resources
- Analyse of the workforce capacity to support Global Business Strategy and ressource allocation

Futures challenges:
- Participate to the development of HR Data Analytics
- Digitalize and automatize the HR Reports
- Manages Business Needs and Group requirements
- Improve data quality of existing HR Reports and Global HR database
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Required :
- 2-4 years working experience either in HR data management, IT or Business Analytics and Reporting
- Excellent analytical and organization skills
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Mastery in Excel and proficiency in SAP (BW)
- Fluent in English is a must

Prefered:
- Solid internal control/audit experience is an asset
- Former experience in HR controlling
- Comfortable in Matrix environment
