Join Allianz Technology SpA as an AI Engineer within our innovative GenAI competence center, dedicated to advancing and managing AI-driven systems that support both IT and business processes. Our team is instrumental in continuously enhancing system intelligence, automating business processes, and shaping the technological roadmap for AI integration and platform evolution.
In this context, we are seeking an AI Engineer with proven experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining complex AI solutions. You will contribute to both the operational excellence of current AI-based products ("as-is") and the design and implementation of new AI-driven features, supporting our transition towards a more intelligent and automated platforms.

What you do
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to enhance automation, decision-making, and user experience.
- Extend and optimize existing AI solutions to improve scalability, robustness, and accuracy, ensuring seamless integration with both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Analyze and monitor live AI models, evaluating performance and driving continuous improvement to align with evolving business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Utilize MLOps practices and tools to streamline the development lifecycle, ensuring continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of AI solutions.
What you bring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage and optimize complex AI systems.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, training, and deploying machine learning models.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and experience with deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, and familiarity with data engineering and pipeline orchestration tools.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in AI/ML projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical thinking skills, with fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
