Key responsibilities/What you do
Reporting to the Head of Mobility & Assistance Office and Member of the Board of Management, in this Executive Assistant role you will provide an efficient and high quality service to the M&A of Allianz Partners. You will actively collaborate with other Board Offices, Senior Management and teams within and outside of the M&A area from across the world, and help coordinating transversal strategic initiatives and ensuring successful cross-functional collaboration.
You will accomplish dynamic and deliver excellent results by leveraging the content and know-how spread across the organization. You assist in the preparation of strategic topics and combine the operational and strategic view. Through your professional, communicative nature, you work as an interface between senior management and key stakeholders within and outside of the company.
- Independently and actively support the M&A Board Member in close collaboration with the rest of the Office team
- Prepare for Board Meetings and Senior Management meetings, including pre-screening and challenging of documents, and follow-up of action items
- Draw attention and alert the M&A Board and the Head of the M&A Office to priority changes, upcoming topics, risks, etc.
- Provide effective support to the Head of M&A Office in preparing high quality documents (internal and external presentations, briefings, reports, newsletter)
- Organize top management offsites in close collaboration with the M&A Office team.
- Support the Head of M&A Office in steering overarching processes involving different areas of the company
- Actively participate in projects and initiatives requiring project management and analytical skills
- Proactively work to streamline, smoothen and enhance processes
- Handle daily tasks and ad-hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders
Key requirements/What you bring
- 3-5 years professional work experience in a relevant function, consulting or project managementof relevant functional/IT project experience, solid understanding of Allianz
- University degree in information systems, industrial engineering, IT, business administration or similar with srong academic track record
- Excellent analytic and conceptual skills ( presentation, problem-solving as well as project, process, and change management); ability to frame issues, structure thinking, and derive key messages and actions
- Proven experience in international environment with outstanding cross-cultural skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in written and spoken in English
