As the Employee Experience Architect, you will be the driving force behind how employees experience HR - end-to-end. You will own the design, measurement, and continuous improvement of employee journeys, ensuring HR services and products are customer-centric, intuitive, and aligned with our organizational goals. You will establish and manage HR NPS and other experience metrics, turning insights into concrete improvements that enhance satisfaction, reduce friction, and strengthen HR’s reputation as a strategic enabler.
What you do
- Develop a holistic employee experience strategy covering all HR touchpoints - from hire to retire and establish experience principles and frameworks to ensure consistency across countries, hubs and HR functions.
- Design and lead HR NPS, CSAT and other feedback mechanisms to measure HR service quality.
- Translate insights into clear recommendations to prioritize improvements and lead journey mapping exercises to identify friction points and redesign processes with a user-centric approach.
- Partner with HR Operations, HR Tech and Centers of Expertise to simplify processes.
- Build systematic VOC channels to collect continuous feedback on HR services, products, and moments that matter.
- Promote a feedback-driven culture across HR to act on employee insights and act as an ambassador for customer-centric HR, influencing senior stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve the employee experience, ensuring strong alignment with HRBPs, Operations and IT.
What you bring
- Proven experience in employee experience, HR service excellence, customer experience, or strategic HR.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, HR technology and digital employee journeys.
- Hands-on experience with NPS, CSAT, employee feedback, or service design methodologies.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across diverse teams and senior levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for improving the employee experience
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
