What are you going to do in Allianz?  

·  Develop and industrialize end-to-end Machine Learning models (e.g., CLTV, credit scoring, cross-sell) integrated into operational processes, as well as maintain and test new features or potential model improvements.
·  Supervise 1-2 junior data scientists in the development of ML models to ensure best practices, explainability, etc.
·  Define and apply MLOps methodologies and technical procedures for AI Compliance.
·  Participate in innovation projects, such as PoCs with GenAI, geocoding, among others.
·  Collaborate closely with other technical and business teams to identify opportunities for applying ML models in the insurance and finance context.
·  Contribute to the Data & Analytics strategy by identifying new opportunities and trends in the field of data science.

 

What does Allianz need from you?    

·  At least 2-3 years of work experience in data scientist positions.
·  Academic background in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) with a master's or doctoral degree.
·  Deep knowledge of cloud technologies, especially in the Azure environment, including Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Synapse Analytics, and Azure Machine Learning (AzureML).
·  Experience in the financial/insurance sector is a plus.
·  Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
·  Ability to lead projects and supervise other team members.
·  Skills in solving complex problems and results-oriented.
·  Results-oriented and able to work in a dynamic and innovation-driven environment.
