CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST – CLUB MARINE – ADELAIDE, SA

About the role
· 12-month maternity leave contract role. Hybrid working arrangements available
· Based in our Adelaide office with a variety of shift options between 8am to 8pm (AEST) from Monday to Friday. Optional flexibility to work on Saturday & Sunday between 8am to 5 pm (AEST)
· Answering a mixture of inbound calls from members and partners including providing quotes, issuing policies, managing and renewing existing policies, and providing general information
· Managing and responding to your portfolio of daily correspondence
About you
· Experience in a fast paced, high volume customer service and sales environment
· Clear and concise verbal communication
· Intermediate level computer skills with the Microsoft Office suite. You will also be required to use our Club Marine web-based program whereby you will read scripting and choose from drop down boxes and use of a DOS based system in the role
· Proven problem-solving ability to assist customers with enquiries
· General knowledge or passion of boats will be highly regarded but not essential
