Job description
We are looking for a part-time temporary employee for a period of 1,5 years to our Operations & Contract Management department into our Stockholm office.
Key responsibilities/What you do
- Policy administration, including:
- Year End calculations according to policy terms
- Invoicing
- Dunning
- Policy Data Registration and policy document creation
- Managing Customer Master Data
- Managing Shared Mailboxes and ad hoc tasks
- Process improvements and sharing best practices
- Important link between Contract Management and other departments
Key requirements/What you bring
Your personal qualifications are important to us, and you should therefore be able to recognize the following:
- Customer service minded
- Flexible
- Team player
- Eager to learn new IT systems and processes
- Language skills: Swedish (native/highly advanced) and English (fluent/experienced)
- Knowledge Microsoft Office package (primarily Word and Excel)
- Knowledge in Salesforce system
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Additional Skills:
- Insurance (credit insurance will be a plus)
- Accounting experience
- AS400 system
You will be a proactive and determined colleague that is able to work independently supporting the needs of our customers as well as being part of the Nordic Contract Management team where you can share best practices and provide support. You are a person who comes with a positive attitude to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. You will have a lot of contact with our internal departments, and it is important that you have a problem solution-oriented approach.
The ideal candidate has experience from the insurance industry and/or the finance sector and the genuine interest to give our customers the best service. In addition, you must be curious about IT systems and have the willingness to learn new systems. We are looking for a candidate who possess a basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and is enthusiastic about learning and integrating AI into everyday business processes.
