Role Summary
As the Project Manager Claims, you will be at the crossroads of claims expertise and technology. This is a dynamic, cross-border role where you help drive the digital claims platform across different environments — including Retail, SME, Midcorp, and Corporate segments. You'll act as the connector between business needs and IT delivery, contributing to claims services that are faster, smarter, and more customer-friendly.

Your Responsibilities
- Business-to-IT Translation: Help translate claims requirements into well-designed IT solutions that serve different business segments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business owners and leadership across Retail, SME, Midcorp, and Corporate domains to align priorities.
- Roadmap Contribution: Contribute to the digital vision and roadmap for the Claims tribe, in line with Allianz's regional and global strategies.
- Team Coordination: Guide and motivate a multidisciplinary tribe, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Agile Ways of Working: Support and further develop the Agile/SAFe practices within the tribe to improve delivery speed and quality.
Your Profile
- Insurance Knowledge: You have experience in the insurance sector; familiarity with Claims processes is a strong plus.
- Business & IT Affinity: You're comfortable navigating between functional business needs and technical IT solutions.
- Growing Leadership Skills: You have initial experience leading teams or squads, and you're eager to grow into a broader leadership role.
- Language Skills: Good command of English and Dutch helps you collaborate effectively in our cross-border setup.
- Agile Mindset: You understand how digital platforms contribute to operational efficiency and have working experience with Agile or SAFe frameworks.
