You'll be responsible for

·  Following the AAL Claims Lodgement Process, ensuring adherence to current legislation for sound decision-making throughout claim lifecycle.
·  Adhering to AAL standards to minimise claim error and/or assessment delay.
·  Managing expectations and relationships with claimants, internal stakeholders, and external parties.
·  Fostering positive team and business unit relationships while tailoring communication styles to match client interactions.
·  Ensuring compliance with the General Insurance Code of Practice, maintaining process integrity, and providing timely customer service within AAL phone standards.


About you

·  Possess tertiary or industry-specific qualifications.
·  Extensive Customer Service Experience, preferably in a Contact Centre environment, with a genuine skill in providing a unique customer experience and being “customer obsessed”.
·  Preferable experience in the Property Insurance industry, ideally in lodging or managing claims in a complex organisational setup.
·  Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
·  Proficient in planning, prioritising, organising tasks, and managing resources effectively; skilled in interpreting complex information and making informed decisions.
