Claims Adjuster - Health Claims (Direct Precertification)

Job description

Main responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and settle health insurance claims for group and individual policies, including determining and approving benefits, hospitalizations, and treatments in line with policy terms.
• Communicate effectively with brokers and insured members to ensure smooth claim processing and resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in health insurance claims settlement (group or individual policies). Additional experience will be considered an asset.
• Strong understanding of health claims settlement practices and procedures.
• Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in using technology and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and methodical approach to tasks.
• Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to deliver accurate, reliable, and timely results.
• AI Skills: (Generative) Artificial Intelligence or GenAI or AI, Data Analysis, (Microsoft) Copilot, ChatGPT
