JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helping with expenses and invoices
• Providing other daily support to staff as needed
• Dispatch incoming correspondence
• Deal with IT tickets
• In charge of ordering stationery and managing office and IT equipment
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Skills and Experience

- Fluent French and English
- Internship experience in an office setting
- Prior experience in complex business environments
- Excellent verbal and written communications, networking, and presentation skills (in French and English);
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadlines
- Able to handle continuous change and shifting priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
