Job description
You Will
Administrative Support
· Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and tracking project timelines.
· Manage documentation and filing of enterprise architecture materials and policies.
Communication Preparation
· Assist in creating clear and concise communication materials, including presentations, reports, and newsletters.
· Coordinate updates and content management for internal communication channels related to EA.
Information Management
· Organize and maintain the team’s internal knowledge base and repositories, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
· Support the team in data collection, analysis, and report generation for various projects.
Governance Support
· Provide logistical and administrative assistance for EA governance sessions, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
· Monitor compliance with established EA standards and guidelines, escalating issues as needed.
Collaboration and Coordination
· Liaise with internal stakeholders to support alignment and information sharing across departments.
· Contribute to team meetings, offering insights and suggestions to improve processes.
Your skills
· Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Strong organizational and time- management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
· Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts is a plus but not required
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Experience
· Previous experience in an administrative or support role is a plus, but not mandatory.
