General Qualifications

·  Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, MIS or a related discipline,
·  Minimum 1 year of experience in audit, risk management, accounting or advisory,
·  Competency in MS Office applications (preferably SQL-based data management systems),
·  Preferably superior problem solving and excellent oral/written communication skills,
·  Good analytical skills to manage large volume of information and extract what is essential,
·  Advanced level of written and verbal English and Turkish skills,
·  CIA certification will be a plus,
·  Liiving in Istanbul


Job Description

·  Run sprints with us for executing Audit assignments and small scale initiatives (e.g. data analytics) within Agile Transformation methodology,
·  Execute under supervision of Audit Managers all phases of audit engagements: planning, fieldwork, reporting & closing as well as follow-up as per Allianz Audit Manual.
·  Monitor and follow up the implementation of action plans and recommendation subsequent to audit findings.
·  Support to Internal Audit Management for ad-hoc tasks (planning, periodic reporting, projects etc.)
·  Monitor legal requirements and new trends for risks under audit scope.
