Position

  • Reporting To: Head of Asset Management, Asia Pacific

 

Role Summary

  • Provides analytical and operational support to the APAC Asset Management team across assigned assets/portfolios, including business planning, reporting, valuations and service provider coordination. Prepares analyses and materials for investment and disposition processes under senior guidance

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports investment and portfolio management activities for allocated investments under senior guidance:
    • Life Cycle Asset Management
      • Support asset/investment business plans (draft inputs, track actions, coordinate reviews)
      • Support service provider selection and onboarding (RFQs, meetings, documentation)
      • Coordinate with service providers to maintain asset quality and performance; escalate and track issues
      • Prepare portfolio/asset reports and presentations (accuracy, timeliness, version control)
      • Maintain governance documentation and trackers; support meeting prep and follow-ups
      • Support ESG initiatives (data gathering, trackers, agreed actions)
    • Dispositions
      • Support asset sales by preparing analyses, drafting materials/memos and coordinating inputs
    • Support investment activities
      • Support underwriting of investment opportunities (data gathering, model inputs, sensitivities)
      • Prepare investment memos and IC materials; incorporate feedback and ensure accuracy
  • Support stakeholder management by coordinating communications, meeting materials and follow-ups

 

Key Requirements

  • Strong academic background, with preference for specialization in real estate investment management / engineering / finance
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate industry
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders
  • Flexibility to travel
