JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
New Business: Review application, identify missing requirements, process case submission
In Progress: Seek out exceptions, get involved in addressing contract issues, handle in-force service issues, follow-up with carriers on new business/transfer status and keep agents updated
Update systems, daily task list, emails, working with home office
Run necessary reports on a weekly and/or monthly basis and distribute as needed
Assist Reception desk with incoming calls
Provide support to agent sales efforts by shipping information about products and services
Other duties as assigned
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Experience:
- 2-3 years experience in case management strongly preferred
- High school diploma required
