Job description
The PMO (Project Management Office) intern will join the Transversal Tribe within Allianz Trade Group IT to support the coordination and management of activities. They will contribute to the smooth flow of processes and implement collaborative strategies to ensure success in an Agile environment, fostering innovation and continuous improvement across various IT teams.
Main Missions
- Assist in planning, tracking, and managing activities using Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and planning meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Transversal Tribe to ensure coherence and efficiency.
- Prepare and organize steerco meetings and big room planning sessions to facilitate strategic alignment and decision-making.
- Communicate newsletters to keep stakeholders informed about updates, achievements, and key developments.
- Follow up on budgets to ensure financial alignment and resource optimization.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile processes within Allianz Trade OPS & IT.

Knowledge / Experience / Skills Required
- Student in a business school or engineering school with a specialization in management or similar.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Agile management and collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication in an international setting.
