Purpose of the Role
As an Agency Rewards and Incentives Specialist, you will assist in strategizing, planning, executing and evaluating agency rewards and incentives programs. Your role is key to driving performance, engagement, and loyalty across our Agency force by delivering high-impact recognition campaigns and performance-based incentives.

Requirements for the Role
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales support, rewards and recognition, events management, or program implementation, preferably in the insurance and finance industry.
- Proven experience in managing incentive programs, contests and performance-based campaigns from end-to-end.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); strong skills in excel for performance tracking and reporting
- Comfortable working with large datasets and generating actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to craft clear mechanics and program communication materials.
- Strong coordination skills to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations and Sales.
- Highly-organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple timelines and deliverables.
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented especially when dealing with logistics, budget concerns, or program changes.
- Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.
