Account Manager

Job description

Allianz Trade in Greece,  certified as a Best Place to Work for Women 2024, offers an excellent opportunity for an Account Manager to manage a dynamic portfolio in Greece and Cyprus. The role will focus on delivering high retention performance, expanding existing partnerships, and building strong relationships with customers and intermediaries.

 

What you do :

·  Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing queries and feedback to ensure timely solutions.
·  Negotiate renewals, identify upselling opportunities, and handle policy modifications.
·  Schedule regular client visits and calls, ensuring proactive communication based on portfolio timelines.
·  Identify and manage issues that could affect client relationships, escalating when necessary.
·  Collaborate with other departments to achieve results and support team workload.
·  Participate in campaigns and embrace key projects to promote Allianz Trade’s products and initiatives.
·  Utilize Allianz Trade tools for personal development and stay informed on market conditions.

 

 

What You Bring:

·  Experience in the Insurance or Banking sectors, proven through a minimum of 4 years in similar position
·  Expert knowledge, communication and negotiation skills
·  Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
·  Bank-wide knowledge of Factoring
·  Excellent relationship builder (Ability to liaise with members of other core functions and collaborate effectively)
·  Ability to improve quality of service continuously
·  Computer literacy & skillful in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
·  Ability to travel
