Sales Co-ordinator Intern - Toy Industry

All In 1 Products is a small Sales Agent in the toy industry based in Chiswick, West London. We help international toy manufacturers find toy distributors around the world using the company MD's wealth of experience and contacts in the Toy Industry.
We are now looking for an intern to join the team. The role will include a variety of tasks due to the small size of the company and you will be required to travel to Hong Kong with us in October for 12 days to assist at a bi-annual Toy Fair, running meetings yourself and taking notes as much as possible which means it is mandatory you have good time keeping skills, organisational skills and people skills as you will be meeting with lots of Buyers from different countries and the toy industry is, not surprisingly, a very boisterous industry!

You will be working closely with the Sales Co-ordinator in a range of tasks that vary from every day filing, keeping the online portal up to date with all toy lines, responding to customer emails, keeping on top of outstanding queries for samples and information and much more.
