Poste et missions:
To support the new CRM system deployment in all the PL as a Cluster reference.
To be the permanent link between Clusters ( Sales teams, Commercial excellence teams, IT, Revenue Management, HR, Finance, Supply Chain) and the CRM project leaders to implement the tools, ta adapt the tools to the local business specificities, to train the teams, to make the system to improve, to define the new processes and routines.
CRM implementation in clusters
- Link between the central project team (CRM, IT, Commercial Excellence, Revenue Management) and the different key users in the cluster for all the PL to help to implement the CRM in all the PL.
- Be a total part of the project for all the different lots, “sprints” of the new CRM definition.
- Understand the PL and business specificities to share them with the global project team and to guarantee they take it into account.
- Understand the new CRM and its global approach (CRM, CPQ, data architecture etc.).
- Participate to the tools testing.
- Help to write and organise the sales training sessions.
- Coach Sales People.
- Make the different teams to adhere the project. Give the central team permanent feedback.
- Evaluate continuous adaptations.
- Define with business team the best routines, processes to implement in sales teams.
- Help to define sales dashboards.
- Guarantee homogeneity between routines.
- Help to change management
Profil:
Skills:
- CRM
- Excel; advanced level
- English.
Soft Skills:
- Team spirit. Be able to work with a lot of different people from different culture in a real transversal organization.
- Make a team to adopt a new system.
- Writing and Oral expression
- Rigorous to define new processes and routines
