Software Embedded Engineer - Automotive

The candidate will develop independently Software applications and Firmware driver for embedded real-time Automotive systems according to customer's specifications. He will support scheduling for feature release plan and he will ensure company quality standard of the deliverable performing static analysis, unit test and integration tests.

Profile

The candidate is an Electronic/Computer Engineer with previous experiences of 1-2 years in Firmware and Embedded Real-Time software design (architecture, event management, real time performances) in Automotive sector. The candidate is a fast learner, indipendent, flexible and able to work within interdisciplinary groups. Deep knowledge of English language is mandatory, availability to travel in Italy and abroad are also required.

 

Specific skills

The following skills are recommended:

• C and C++ Programming languages
• Software Development and Debug Tools
• FW/Embedded Real Time software design (architecture, event management, real time performances)
• Experience on ARM Cortex M
• Good knowledge of Automotive buses (CAN, LIN) driver development
• AUTOSAR Applications, Architecture Design Tools and RTE Generator
• Static and Dynamic Software metrics tools and techniques
• Software Integration Testing Tools and methodologies (SIL and HIL)
• Knowledge of International standards for software quality, quality models, and functional safety (i.e. MISRA, Spice,ISO/IS 26262) is a plus
