Key Skills :
•Having good design/Development experience in Cockpit Dashboard/Console .
•Design CAD Modelling of Cockpit parts and Assemblies as per engineering guidelines and checklists.
•Involve in Split strategy, Process definition, DFMEA, DFA etc., for respective parts.
•Support Design engineering leader in meeting project deliverables.
•Build capabilities in Cockpit/ IP design.
•Evaluate data received from supplier as per engineering deliverables and decide next action plan to meet milestones.
•Creation and Management of product data structure in PLM and ensure BOM Quality.
•Strong Program management skills with a goal/target minded discipline
•Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Should be able to lead the team and check the quality of out put and deliver the out put.
•Communication with onsite/ client.
•Execute the project within timelines prescribed by the customer.
•Good knowledge of CAD Methodologies and Best practices.
