As part of its activities development in the aeronautic's field, the AKKA group is seeking for an  Landing Gear Structure Design Engineer (M/F)  in order to integrate the Hydro-Mechanics Systems Department to support one of its client.

 

As part of the team, you will :

·  Conceive and create design solutions for Landing Gear components including definition of Material properties requirements and Material selection in compliance with all applicable landing gear structure requirements
·  Evaluate current aircraft design with respect to compliance with airworthiness regulations of JCAB, FAA and EASA
·  Support customer to present and discuss landing gear structure compliance with airworthiness regulations
·  Coordinate integration of design changes
·  Supplier follow-up (ensure that proposed design is in line with customer’s requirements)
·  Evaluation of performance of design solutions for landing gear components, including specifically structural integrity and rotational bearing incorporation

Profil

Ideal candidate must hold an engineering degree specialized in Engineering / Mechanical Engineering, and meet following requirements :

·  Specialist in Structures Analysis (Static Stress Analysis, Fatigue Analysis, FEA, Classification of structures, Material)
·  Mechanical Design Principle
·  Structures Testing
·  Experience in structure developing (specification, V&V, integration)
·  Knowledge of regulations and standards
·  Knowledge of complete aircraft V&V cycle development would be added value
