Job description

1. One month in Geneva (Switzerland)
You will have an exclusive overview of AKKA sectors and projects through testimonies and workshops. Business Managers will coach you on Soft Skills coaching with interactive workshops and role play. You will develop a complete innovation project with support from business managers and top management, to compete in the monthly pitch competition.
2. On the job Training - 12 months
The opportunity to work in Belgium or Germany, on a real assignment. You will apply your expertise and your consulting skills in a challenging role with AKKA Technologies. You will receive continuous mentoring from Business Managers and teaching through technical modules and language courses online.

WHO YOU ARE
Information Technologies Background
Software Development/Testing, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Al, Big Data, Electronics, Embedded Software, Telecom, UX/UI Designers, App Development or similar.
Entry Requirements
University Degree
0-2 years of professional experience
Proficiency in English, French and/or German are a big plus
EU citizenship
