HUMAN RESOURCES Business Partner M/F
We are looking for a new colleague
· Within the Human Resources department, you will contribute to the management of activities related to the employee life-cycle (onboarding & integration, learning & development, coaching & counseling, performance management, retention plan engagement surveys, compensation and benefits, yearly evaluation, mobility & exits).
· You are the point of contact for HR questions from employees on their career management, by providing day-to-day information and support.
· You will support the business leadership regarding all people aspects of their job, by providing accurate and relevant reporting, by analyzing data & trends and by defining action plans accordingly.
· You will coordinate all the extra-work and incentive activities ( knowledge-hub, technical practice, team building, events, ...)
· In all these activities, you will work in cooperation with all the other HR teams (Recruitment, Payroll and Personnel Administration).
