With the aim of strengthening our team we are looking for a Helpdesk Support Technician level 1, to provide telephone and ticket support in FRENCH AND / OR ENGLISH who can speak Spanish to work in Madrid capital, for the banking sector.
Profile
REQUIREMENTS :
· At least 1 year of experience as IT Help Desk.
· Essential to have a high level of ENGLISH AND/OR FRENCH and a good command of Spanish

WHAT DO WE OFFER?
· Office hours from Monday to Friday. Two timetables:
· Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
· Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00
· 80% REMOTE (1 office day)
