Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Act as the liaison between Engineering, IT-Dept, and Human Resources representing Engineering’s training needs

Execute specific stages of the Training Program Plan outlined by the project team

Track and maintain progress reporting for Project Manager

Resolve all problems that may arise through the various stages of program development and all sustaining activities

Data entry in Excel based templates

Support planning, execution, testing, and production launch of Saba Learning Management System (LMS)

Learn the new LMS tool as administrator and subject matter expert

Support management with administrative tasks, as necessary

Basic Qualifications

Completion or working towards completion of Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications

Proficient in MS Office

Highly proficient in MS Excel

Works well in team environments

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organized with strong time management skills

Strong desire to meet established goals

Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies is preferred
