With the aim of strengthening our team, we are looking for an:
ADAS System and Test Engineer
The candidate will be responsible for defining the functional requirements and the performance targets of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems. in particular for safety and comfort systems based on video sensors, RADARs and ultrasonic sensors.
Activities:
· Leading joint testing activities with the component suppliers involved in the system
· Support to bench testing and vehicle validation activities, providing analysis and diagnosis of system level issues
· Assessment of deviations in tests results and performances
· Analysis and diagnosis of field quality issues
· Evaluation of the competitors’ driver assistance systems with research activities and vehicle testing
· Evaluation of the solutions proposed by ADAS system / component foreign suppliers
· Other functionalities have to be testing Speed Limiter, Cruise Control

Profile
The ideal candidate has a Master Degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechanic, Automotive or equivalent. At least 1 or more years of experience in development of at least some driver Assistance systems, such as Longitudinal control systems, Intelligent Speed Assistance, Low speed maneuvering systems or Driver monitoring systems.
Previous experience in System Engineering, especially in the field of safety critical systems and experience in project management.
Excellent ability to work in a team and within a complex organization, problem solving attitude, high sense of independence and self-responsibility and good knowledge on Italian and English languages.
Requirements
· Basic technical knowledge about the automotive development process
· Basic knowledge about electrical / electronic systems for Automotive (CAN / LIN networks, E/E architectures, functional safety analysis – ISO 26262 norm, etc.)
· Knowledge of tools for vehicle data analysis and logging (CANalyzer, CANape)
