Assistant Manger - Airport Bowl, Bath Road, Harlington, UB3 5AL

Salary: £21,000 OTE

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for working in the customer service industry, someone with the ability to make every customer they meet feel special and looked after. You will be working in a busy centre alongside our management team. The role will include shift management responsibilities and it is essential that you have the ability to motivate and lead your team on your shifts.

You’ll be involved in managing the bowling centre, this includes the arcades, bar, restaurant, car park and reception desk making sure that high standards of customer service and cleanliness are maintained - doing this equals meeting targets and earning bonuses.

Ideally you will have the below skills and experience:

• Willing to work late nights and weekends
• 18 months in a customer facing management role
• Confident and sociable personality
• Drive to provide the best standard of customer service
• Passion to train and mentor your team to achieve high standards
• Excel in communication whether face to face, over the phone or email with team members, customers and management
• Self motivated person who requires minimal supervision. Able to manage and co-ordinate work within a team.
• Ablility to interpret and use financial information
• Able to assist with formulating budget plans and work to them, justify expenditure and take part in the negotiation processes, control expenditure within agreed budgets, achieving value for money.
• Able to achieve income targets.
• An appropriate H&S qualification.
• Personal Licence Holder.
• Current first aid qualification.
• Full clean driving license.
