Job Description

·  Manage warranty claims for NH90 Spanish Fleet ensuring its solutions in terms of time, cost, satisfaction and reporting final decision to customers
·  Act in accordance with AHE financial resources directives and optimal warranty budget consumption for each Product & Service provided (New Helicopters, Spares, R&O Services)
·  Interface between AHE and its customer; ensuring compliance with NHI Standard Conditions of Sale, as well as the other warranty contractual terms settled between the company and its client.
·  Ensure compliance with warranty policies established between AHE and its suppliers; considering warranty coverage offered for each vendor and its impact when solving warranty claims 
·  Ensure logistic information flow to Material Support Specialist, programs and Customer
·  Attendance, preparation and support of national and international meetings at level industry and customer
