Job Description:
A position "Safety Culture & Training Support” is now open in the Performance & Improvement team of Airbus Operation Illescas, Spain.
Mission & Responsibilities
The candidate, an integral part of the Performance & Improvement team, will collaborate with the Competence Manager and the Executive assistant of the Head of the plant in giving:

Support on all related activities to keep a safe place, such: safety routine content, focus on monthly KPIs, monthly reports, developing safety training material activities and
·
Support to all related activities to the training center, newcomers training plan definition and implementation assurance.
Main Activities:
Safety culture change support :
·
Support in updating training material for safety culture change
·
Collect all raw data need for KPI estimation such: FR1, FR3, near miss, safety observations, time to get a fix (TTGF), days without accident
·
Support to prepare the final safety reports with the results obtained during the month
·
Support for safety days, sounding boards and puntual events such as Kaizen or Gembas
·
Support to prepare communication campaigns and visual management of safety
·
Support to collect raw data for improving project related to safety
Training center support :
·
Ensure functionality and maintenance of Training Center practical areas tools means and facilities
·
Support for supply and stock maintenance of tools, auxiliary materials, consumables, test parts, components and specific auxiliary documentation for training courses sessions to be deployed on Training Center, mainly for practical areas
·
Support for maintenance of 5S standards, SQCDP & Safety panels, informative material, zone marking, that are required in Training Center
·
Support for usage compliance checking of facilities, means and materials according to Training Center good practices rules
·
Support for newcomers training coordination and put in place
Required know-how for the position
Curious and passionate, he / she knows how to look for information and remain at the state of the art in a highly evolving market landscape. Autonomous, he/she is able to take in charge project management themes, to discuss the objectives with the different actors, and to bring it to an end in coherence with the operational imperatives of the company.
Finally, with good communication skills including Spanish and English, he/she will interact with support teams and internal clients. A strong customer orientation with good listening skills and the search for innovative solutions is an important aspect of the job.

An engineering degree.
