A VIE position as Human Resources Project Coordinator has arisen within Airbus Malaysia.
The HR Project Coordinator administer and monitor the progress of HR projects, and also perform general functions in HR department, such as personnel management, social welfare and manages the day-to-day operations.
This 18 month’s duration contract will start on the 1st of December at the earliest.
Your missions and activities will include:
¤ Maintains the work structure by planning, implementing and monitoring project timeline.
¤ Coordinate projects and its implementation.
¤ Ensure progress reports are updated
¤ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
¤ Ensure accuracy and updates on all employee records in the HR Database.
¤ Provide day-today administration support to HR department and employees.
¤ Support the HR Team for recruitment and engagement activities
¤ Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
¤ Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
This role could involve some travel for business in Asia and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
You have the following skills and experience:
¤ Educated to a 5 year's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources
¤ Previous experience in the HR Generalist Role
¤ Knowledge in project management, Compensation and Wage Structure, Employment Law, Benefits Administration, Performance Management
¤ Display understanding of knowledge in Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and Malaysian Employment Law
¤ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
¤ Soft skills: good communication skills, multitasking, good time management and uphold confidentiality, business acumen and analytical thinking
¤ Negotiation level of English
