? To support the UK HRBP for CTO / DTO & National & Corporate Functions
? To co-ordinate the HR administration for the customer areas within CTO / DTO & National & Corporate Functions
? Work with internal HR Centres of Expertise (C&B, REWARD Ops, Pensions etc)
? Work with external benefits providers
? To be the HR focal point for the London Office, interns and VIE and react to their requirements as needed
? Co-ordinate the HR communications to employees for the UK CTO / DTO & National & Corporate Functions
? Represent HR at meetings, events & workshops for CTO / DTO & National & Corporate Functions in the UK as and when required
In this context, your main activities will include:
? Support the UK HRBP for CTO / DTO & National & Corporate Functions on all people-related topics, HR campaigns and projects (including restructuration and change projects)
? Advise and support managers and employees on HR issues and tools, and plan communication as required
? To be the HR focal point of for the London Office, interns and VIE
? To help ensuring a smooth transition for employees transferring in the context of a merger
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills/attributes/knowledge:
? At minimum, a Master /2:1 degree in Business, HR, or related subject
? Fluent in English
? A proactive character who is able to work autonomously and use their initiative
? Strong team player with good verbal and written communication skills
? A confident character with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
? Must have a passion for HR and an interest in employment law
? Must be people-oriented
? Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office (and Google Suite would be a plus)
? Past experience in HR is preferred
? Willing and able to travel (within the UK and in Europe occasionally)
