Description of the job

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Tasks & accountabilities

For Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth within the department "Warehouse and Transport" we are looking for a "VIE Assistant Project Manager (f/m) Warehouse"

Start: winter 2018
Duration: 24 month

Management of various topics/projects in the AHD spare parts and repair logistics (warehouse):
a) Warehouse:

·  Optimisation of process flows (inbound, outbound and storage flows)
·  Restructuring of storage area
·  Re-organization of outbound flow (incl. planned projects, e.g. 4PL)

b) KPI:

·  Computation and analysis of warehouse KPI's

c) Documentation of warehouse processes (MS Word + MS Visio)
d) Support the team with operational topics between Airbus (incl. front office) and logistics provider

Required skills

·  University degree in Business Administration, Logistics or equivalent
·  IT affinity, ERP-Systems (SAP), MS Office
·  Open mindset, flexible, curious
·  English and French: Advanced
·  German skills are mandatory
