Within the framework of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a compulsory internship or an internship integrated into a gap year, lasting 4 to 6 months maximum , allowing you to validate your year.

An internship offer entitled ' « Helicopter Delivery scheduling tool optimization: Resources and interfaces management (m/f) » has just opened within Airbus Helicopters   on its site Marignane.

You will join a team of 17 people, including 5 transversal functions in the department in charge of Helicopters Deliveries.

Your internship will consist of Implementing e-collaborative tool to manage data collection, sharing and secured update, related to Helicopters deliveries schedule and allow associated reactivity and robust resources management.

This internship will begin in January 2021 (date subject to flexibility) and will last for a period of 5 to 6 months.

This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Duties and responsibilities:

You will contribute to the following main activities:

·  Delivery schedule entry data analysis, interrelations and needs of all users
·  Settings of specificities ( delivery seasonality, skills, means, resources, update and flexibility needed according to programs)
·  IT development (based on existing google tools suite), test and implementation of a software product in order to optimize scheduling, info sharing and update, resources management.

This course will allow you to develop the following skills:

·  Team work, data collection and treatment in correlation with end customer needs
·  Concrete ‘end to end’ Project management and implementation correlated with Helicopter product
·  Knowledge of Delivery Process specificities

No Business trips  expected except potential Airbus Helicopter sites, if needed you must be prepared to travel accordingly.

Skills & Prerequisites:

You are currently preparing a Bac +5 level (or equivalent) degree in the field of Supply Chain, transportation engineering, planning or a related discipline.

You have the following skills:

·  IT collaborative tools (google) good knowledge, in particular customization, macro, collaborative functions
·  Proven interest for Logistics, Means and Ressources scheduling and management
·  Synthesis spirit, Pragmatic, Result oriented

Language skills :

French   : Fluent

English   : Négociation
